Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026.
These terms govern your use of Sable Network (“Sable,” “we”), an API platform for metered AI inference and code-execution compute. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Sable provides an OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible API that meters usage at the gateway, enforces per-key budgets, and returns a signed receipt for each billable request. Model inference is served by Sable's own infrastructure and by selected upstream providers; code execution runs in isolated sandboxes. We may add, change, or retire models and features; published model identifiers are kept resolvable where practical.
Accounts and keys
You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all usage under them. Keep keys secret; you can revoke them at any time. You must be legally able to enter these terms and use the service in your jurisdiction.
Prepaid credit and payment
The service runs on prepaid credit. You fund a balance with USDT, verified on-chain, and usage draws it down. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are a prepaid entitlement to compute on Sable, not a deposit, stored value, or claim on Sable; they confer no interest and no right to withdrawal. Prices and margins may change; current pricing is published in the model catalog. You are responsible for any taxes on your use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- break the law or facilitate illegal activity;
- produce or distribute child sexual abuse material, or content that sexualizes minors;
- generate malware, run attacks, or gain unauthorized access to systems;
- harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others;
- generate targeted disinformation or non-consensual intimate imagery;
- evade Sable's metering, budgets, or abuse controls, or resell in violation of an upstream provider's terms.
Because Sable does not store request content, abuse enforcement is account-level. We may suspend an account or refuse a specifically reported payload (by its hash) to comply with the law or protect the service. Report abuse to contact@buildsable.com.
Your content
You retain all rights to the inputs you send and the outputs you receive. As described in our Privacy Policy, we do not store or train on your prompts, completions, or submitted code. You are responsible for your inputs and for how you use outputs, which may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice.
What Sable is not
Sable is compute infrastructure. It is not a bank, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment service. The Sable Vault is a registry: asset entries in it are issuer-declared, and Sable does not custody assets, appraise them, make investment offers, or provide legal enforcement of ownership. SABL, a community token, has one utility (rolling out): an optional way to pay for Sable compute and subscriptions, burned on use. It is never required (Sable is always priced in dollars and payable in USDT), does not gate access, and confers no yield, revenue share, governance, or other rights. It is a consumptive payment utility, not an investment.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding three months. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: contact@buildsable.com.
